This Web & Mobile Analytics dashboard was created to provide clients with an initial view of their website behaviors from their known and unknown Contacts. In turn, this leads the Marketer to use the obtained data in their digital marketing campaigns in other Marketing Cloud applications. The dashboard consists of tiles, each depicting reporting values using a Collect, Visualize and Value approach:
Collect: Confirm that the data needed to visualize the event or action is captured.
Visualize: Provide useful UI components to provide relevant, useful and useable data to the Marketer
Value: Add the features and functionality to allow the Marketer to use the data in their digital marketing campaigns and in other Marketing Cloud applications.
This product was delivered the product at the 2014 Marketing Cloud Connections Event, and the analytics framework was ultimately adopted company-wide. I created an analytics guideline applying the Salesforce Lightning Design System for other designers and developers to follow when incorporating analytics into their product.
